Lisa Rosenthal, Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Lisa Rosenthal is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of The Mayvin Consulting Group, Inc. She founded the company in 2008 with Ms. Carla Percy. Ms. Rosenthal is a seasoned project manager with significant government and commercial experience managing a broad spectrum of tasks, functions, processes, and systems from concept to implementation. She is recognized for strong leadership skills, facilitating organizational change, financial management and budget forecasting, as well as developing strategies for significant DOD/DOE business decisions. She received her Master's of Business Administration in International Finance and Management of Global Information Technology from The American University in Washington, DC.

Carla Percy, President
Ms. Carla Percy is the President and co-founder of The Mayvin Consulting Group. She founded the company in 2008 with Ms. Lisa Rosenthal. Ms. Percy has over thirteen years’ experience in government, managing a broad spectrum of tasks, functions, processes and systems from concept to implementation and sustainment of organizations and materiel solutions. She is a proven leader that achieves high levels of productivity and efficiency in a very diverse and fluid environment. Ms. Percy managed multi-million dollar projects covering a spectrum of technologies-from providing force protection to high-troop concentration areas to logistical support vehicles on the battlefield. Ms. Percy also served in the U.S. Air Force, where she was assigned to a mobility unit as a Command and Control Specialist, deploying worldwide in support of Joint Chiefs of Staff Exercises, humanitarian, and real world contingencies. She received her Master's of Business Administration from The University of Mary Washington.
Mike Provasnik, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Mike Provasnik has been the Chief Operating Officer of The Mayvin Consulting Group, Inc. since 2008. He has over 14 years experience in management, operations, analysis, human resources, and improving complex organizations. His background includes significant human resources experience, defense acquisition, as well as combat experience as a Light Cavalry officer conducting tactical operations throughout Iraq. He has a Master's of Business Administration in Financial Management from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
Victor Pirowski, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Victor Pirowski has been the Chief Financial Officer of The Mayvin Consulting Group, Inc since 2008. His proven and valuable skills are directly applicable to a wide range of administrative, technical, and analytical functions in the formulation, presentation, defense, and execution of Department of Defense program budgets. He has significant experience in planning, organizing, and executing annual and multi-year budgeting projects. Mr. Pirowski holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Finance from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
