The Mayvin Consulting Group, Inc. has a requirement for a Program Analyst to provide Defense Acquisition support for a high visibility Department of Defense organization. The organization provides critical capabilities for lethality, command and control, situational awareness and survivability/force protection into operationally committed units. The consultant will work closely with the organizations to develop required project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, milestones and schedules to support assigned initiatives.

The Mayvin Consulting Group, Inc. has a requirement for a Program Analyst to provide Defense Acquisition support for a high visibility Department of Defense organization. The organization provides critical capabilities for lethality, command and control, situational awareness and survivability/force protection into operationally committed units. The consultant will work closely with the organizations to develop required project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, milestones and schedules to support assigned initiatives.
Key Duties:
- Identify and produce appropriate project and process documentation to facilitate assessment of organizational initiatives and lessons learned and to ensure adequate documentation in support of potential audits
- Monitor and update project data in the organizational database
- Monitor the progress of all projects and items which support project accomplishment, and provide organizational leadership accurate status of all ongoing initiatives
- Coordinate the necessary resources to support and adhere to client directed schedules and project completion dates
- Bachelor's degree and least 24 semester credit hours (or the equivalent) of study in any of the following disciplines: accounting, business finance, law contracts, purchasing
- 5 years of related experience in DoD acquisition
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytic skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
